Portify.in, operated by Zeetsoft Tech Private Limited India, is a website-building platform where individuals can create websites using pre-built themes and artificial intelligence tools. Users may leverage this platform to build websites for their clients and offer digital services independently.  

 Role of Portify.in

- Portify.in provides a platform for freelancers and clients to connect.  

- We do *not* charge any commission for services rendered by freelancers.  

- We treat all clients and freelancers equally and do not favor any party.  

- Our company is solely responsible for the services we provide—such as access to website-building tools—but not for any freelance activities conducted through our platform.  

Responsibilities of Freelancers & Clients

- Freelancers are entirely responsible for the services they provide, including quality, delivery, and communication with clients.  

- Clients engage freelancers at their own discretion and must independently assess the suitability of service providers.  

- All payment transactions between freelancers and clients occur without any involvement from Portify.in.  

Dispute Resolution

- Portify.in does not interfere in disputes between freelancers and clients.  

- Any disagreements, service issues, or financial disputes must be resolved directly between the concerned parties.  

- Our organization bears no liability for agreements made between freelancers and clients.  

Important Note

Portify.in only charges for its own services, which include website-building features. The platform simply provides a meeting ground for freelancers and clients. Zeetsoft Tech Private Limited India is not responsible for any disputes, payment issues, or contractual obligations between freelancers and clients.
